Google Translate detects and translates text, voice recordings, images, documents, and websites between many different languages. By default, it translates text; type or paste your text, select the source language, then select the target language using the dropdown arrow in the other box. Use the audio icon to listen to the translation, copy the results, or use the share link to email or share on X.

Use this translator to greet "other language" speaking students, make them feel welcome in your classroom, and encourage conversations between them and your class. Broaden your classroom's global perspective by engaging in conversations with others around the world.
